When it comes to destination weddings, Secrets and Breathless Riviera Cancun offer the ultimate combination of venues and atmospheres to suit any celebration style. The wedding team here is certified for South Asian Weddings & LGBTQ+ weddings, so they can truly do it all for you! One of my favorite things about this resort is that they do allow outside vendors for photographers, hair and makeup etc. and their outside vendor fees are super low starting at only $300 compared to other resorts that start at $1000 – Huge Perk!

If your dream wedding location is on the beach, it is important to note that the beach here is not as pristine as other areas in Riviera Maya and is usually affected by sargassum season. However, the resort makes an incredible effort in keeping everything clean, free of seaweed, and swimmable. The good news is their wedding gazebo is perfectly situated to overlook the ocean without being affected by the sargassum. SO, if a true beach wedding is your priority, stick to wedding dates between the end of November to February for the best possible beach conditions. Otherwise, the terrace wedding venues are some seriously “Wow” worthy wedding locations!
