Your Icelandic adventure begins as soon as you land at KEF airport. A private taxi will be waiting to whisk you away to your 4-star hotel in the heart of Reykjavik. Once you've settled in, the rest of the day is yours to explore this vibrant city at your own pace. Reykjavik, the world's northernmost capital, is a city of contrasts - modern architecture sits alongside traditional wooden houses; cutting-edge technology is used to harness geothermal energy; and a bustling city center is just minutes away from serene landscapes. You might choose to visit some of the many museums, such as the National Museum of Iceland or the Reykjavik Art Museum. Alternatively, you might decide to indulge in local cuisine at a café or restaurant, or unwind at one of the city's geothermal swimming pools. In the evening, you'll join the rest of the group for a welcome dinner, where you'll get to know your fellow travelers and discuss the exciting days ahead.

Rise and shine for a 4-hour morning Pickleball session. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills, learn from others, and enjoy some friendly competition. If you're not playing Pickleball, you'll embark on a Reykjavik Food Walk guided group tour. This tour will take you off the beaten path, introducing you to the city's food culture and history. You'll get to taste some of Iceland's unique culinary offerings, such as fermented shark and dried fish. After lunch, the group will head to the world-renowned Blue Lagoon. Here, you can soak in the geothermal waters, apply a silica mud mask, or simply relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The Blue Lagoon is a unique geothermal spa situated in a lava field in Grindavík, and its warm waters are rich in minerals like silica and sulfur. The day concludes with a group dinner back in Reykjavik, where you can share stories of your day's adventures.
The Blue Lagoon
After all the traveling in Iceland you deserve some relaxation and what a better place than a soak at the Blue Lagoon. The Blue Lagoon is recognised as one of National Geographic’s 25 “wonders of the world” and is a unique source of geothermal seawater. The Blue Lagoon is 37°-40°C (98°- 104°F). The temperature is the same all year round – summer and winter.Included: Premium admission (Entrance to the Blue Lagoon, Silica mud mask, Use of towel and 1st drink of your choice, Second mask of choice, Slippers, Use of bathrobe, Table reservation at Lava Restaurant, 1 glass of sparkling wine if dining at Lava restaurant).
Reykjavik Food Walk
The Reykjavik Food Walk is a unique tour led by passionate local food enthusiasts, offering travelers an immersive experience into Iceland's rich culinary traditions. Participants will explore downtown Reykjavik, visiting 5-6 local restaurants and hidden gems, guided by knowledgeable locals. The tour emphasizes traditional Icelandic cuisines that are still popular today.

The day begins with a 2-hour Pickleball session. Non-Pickleball Players have the option to go for a Whale Watching RIB Express tour or Puffin Watching. These tours offer a unique opportunity to see some of Iceland's most iconic wildlife up close. After lunch at the hotel, the entire group will embark on a private Golden Circle tour. This tour will take you to some of Iceland's most famous natural sights, including the Geysir geothermal area, the Gullfoss waterfall, and the Thingvellir National Park. The Geysir geothermal area is home to the Great Geysir, a hot spring that has been active for more than 10,000 years. Gullfoss, or the 'Golden Falls', is a stunning waterfall that plunges into a deep gorge. Thingvellir National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage site and the location of Iceland's first parliament. The day concludes with a group dinner at the Ingolfsskali Viking Restaurant, where you'll dine like the ancient Norsemen in a traditional turf house.
Private Golden Circle
You will be picked up at your hotel by your guide who will take you to the Golden Circle. At the end of the tour you will have dinner at a Viking restaurant before heading back to Reykjavik for the night. Explore some of Iceland's most amazing nature pearls. Experience some of Iceland's most popular nature sights in this private tour that takes you to the Golden Circle with an experienced local driver and guide. The Golden Circle is the most visited area in Iceland and there is a good reason for it. In one day you get to see Waterfalls, Geyser's and a National Park where you walk between two continents and more. You will witness the iconic waterfall Gullfoss, Geysir the famous hot spring that spouts water 100 ft up in the air every few minutes and the national park of Thingvellir where the first parliament in the world was founded and the tectonic plates meet and divide the continents of Europe and America.
Whale Watching RIB Express from Reykjavik's Old Harbour
The 2-hour RIB Express tour offers an exhilarating adventure, bringing you up close with the majestic whales of Faxaflói Bay and puffins during the summer. The tour includes a thrilling ride on a 12-meter-long boat equipped with suspension seating for safety and comfort, and a scenic route along the Reykjavík coast. In addition to the boat ride, admission to the Whales of Iceland exhibition is included, providing a comprehensive experience of Iceland's marine wildlife.
Puffin Watching
The Puffin Express tour offers a unique opportunity to observe puffins in their natural habitat on a 1-hour boat ride, just minutes away from Reykjavik city center. The tour, which has been popular for over 20 years, takes you to the puffin island, Akurey, home to about 30,000 puffins. Non-Pickleball Players have the option to go for a Buggy Tour or Horseback Riding. The Buggy Tour offers an adrenaline-pumping ride through the rugged Icelandic landscape, while the Horseback Riding tour offers a more serene way to explore the countryside. After a day of activity, the group will reconvene for dinner in Reykjavik, where you can relax and share stories from the day.
Buggy Tour
The 1-hour guided Buggy tour offers an adrenaline-filled adventure through the rugged landscapes of Iceland, starting just 20 minutes from downtown Reykjavík. Participants will navigate through the challenging terrain by the slopes of Esja Mountain, overcoming hills and river beds in a two-seat Buggy. The tour, available all year round, promises an exciting experience regardless of the weather, with the motto "The Wetter the Better!" Participants will have the opportunity to switch drivers midway, ensuring everyone gets a chance to experience the thrill of driving. All that's required is a sense of adventure and a valid driving license for the driver.
Horseback Riding
The Icelandic horse trek offers an unforgettable experience of riding the sturdy and friendly Icelandic horse through the country's natural landscapes. The tour, suitable for all ages and experience levels, includes a pick-up from your hotel or guesthouse in Reykjavik and a drive to the farm located just 20 minutes away. At the farm, you'll be equipped with all necessary gear and matched with a horse that suits your riding experience. The two-hour tour (one and a half hours in winter) takes you through a lush valley, along a riverbank towards the ocean, or to the Tröllafoss waterfall, a local legend where trolls are said to bathe at midnight during a full moon.
• South Shore to Vik Private Tour starting at 8am - 10 hours
• Group Dinner in Reykjavik
The group will embark on a South Shore to Vik Private Tour. This journey along the scenic south coast of Iceland includes visits to the Skógafoss waterfall, Reynisfjara black beach, and the village of Vik. Skógafoss is one of the biggest waterfalls in the country, with a drop of more than 60 meters. Reynisfjara is a black pebble beach and features an amazing cliff of regular basalt columns resembling a rocky step pyramid. Vik is the southernmost village in Iceland, located on the main ring road around the island. After a day of exploration, the group will return to Reykjavik for dinner.
South Shore to Vik Private Tour
Your private guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a day tour of the South Shore. The tour duration is around 10 hours. The drive along the south coast of Iceland is one of the country’s most scenic regions. In this tour we will drive as far as the charming village of Vík.Along the way we stop at the majestic and much-photographed Skógafoss waterfall, with its 60 m (196 ft.) drop and the stunning Reynisfjara black beach sand and basalt columns before heading to the charming village of Vik for lunch. After lunch we will make our way back to Reykjavik with some stops along the way, including a viewing point of Eyjafjallajokull (weather permitted if there is a view of the glacier) and the gorgeous 60m (196 ft.) high Seljalandsfoss waterfall, which is unique since you can walk behind it (not possible during winter due to ice).

The day begins with a mini Pickleball tournament, where you can show off the skills you've honed over the past few days. Non-Pickleball Players have the option to go for a Lava Tunnel tour. This tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the fascinating geological formations created by volcanic activity. The day concludes with a farewell dinner at the Tennis Hall, where you can celebrate the end of an unforgettable journey.
Lava Tunnel Tour
The Lava Tunnel tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the geological marvels formed by volcanic activity. Despite the rough terrain and large rocks, the tour is made accessible to most people through a footbridge and several paths. The tunnel is impressively lit, showcasing the changing colors and the power of the volcanic activity that created it. Helmets and lights are provided, and warm, sturdy, and water-resistant clothing is recommended. The guided tour lasts around an hour, with the total duration, including pick-up and drop-off, being around 2-3 hours.
• Airport Transfer (45 mins)
As your Icelandic adventure comes to a close, a private taxi will take you back to KEF airport. As you say your goodbyes and board your flight home, you'll carry with you memories of an incredible week filled with Pickleball, exploration, and new friendships.
